Our Focus is Application Security

Our unique approach, technology and product, OnSystem Defender, offers companies the best available protection against harmful malware and application flaws. The last frontier in malware protection is the application, which is where ALL current endpoint security products are routinely turned off or otherwise bypassed by attackers. Our patent pending In-Memory Application Reference Monitor is designed to be non-bypassable. An attacker cannot violate our rules in ANY way.

An innovator and serial entrepreneur in the areas of trusted operating systems, system access control, file system security, firewalls, encryption key recovery and behavior-based Host Intrusion Prevention, TJ brings 25+ years of IT industry experience with over 20 years focused on developing innovative information security software. Author of 7 issued and multiple pending patents, TJ has been instrumental in commercializing multiple successful security software technologies.

Following several entrepreneurial ventures as Trusted Information Systems and Platform Logic, and an executive leading endpoint software development for Symantec Corporation, TJ co-founded OnSystem Logic with the express purpose of providing high-end technical consulting services and building future generation of computer security products. TJ holds a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland as well as advanced DoD security credentials.

Jim is a technology executive with 40 years of experience in banking, investment management and brokerage. He has served on senior leadership teams as EVP and Chief Technology Officer at WSFS Bank, Chief Technology Officer for T. Rowe Price and Divisional Chief Information Officer at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He also worked on large-scale international projects and merger and acquisition teams at Capital One Financial and Goldman Sachs.

Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Polytechnic Institute of New York University. He has written articles on technology topics in multiple publications and was recognized in 2007 by Information Week as a top 10 Innovator for his work at T. Rowe Price.

Strong background in working OEM relationships and understanding the potential of embedded technologies to create technology solution stacks with unique differentiators.

During the past twenty-five years Steve has held C-level and SVP positions at Ingres Corporation, Scopus Technology ( acquired by Siebel ), Net Perceptions, Foresee Results and Reevoo. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science from the University of London.

Having started his career at Trend Micro, where he served for many years, during the past 15 years Ian has founded several companies, helped more than 270 companies to successfully launch into new global territories, whilst supporting over 30 technology startups to raise funding and deliver on their growth plan.

Tim’s background has focused on the development of global distribution channels, with a deep understanding of the EMEA region across all of the major economic areas including the UK, France, Germany and the Nordics. A strategic thinker who understands the importance of matching unique product differentiators to the appropriate revenue growth channel, and of ensuring those partners are effectively supported.

During his career he has successfully established and developed European operations for a number of US-headquartered organizations including Net Perceptions, Coremetrics, Foresee Results, Adobe, MyBuys, LiveFyre and Bluecore.
